About
The history of URBIZ
Our story began in 2022 with Cedric Laudert, co-founder of Urbiz, whose inspiration came after a trip abroad. Cedric shared this vision with Louis Raes, our founder, who saw revolutionary potential in the idea. Together, they began developing an innovative platform for sharing mandates between real estate professionals.
Although the project faced initial challenges and the idea remained “under construction” for some time, our determination never wavered. After more than 25 meetings with developers, we relaunched Urbiz with a new ambition. Today, we are proud to be one of the first B2B platforms in Belgium to offer a complete solution for selling new and existing projects.
